Jacqui Hames
is one of Britain's best-known real life Detectives, having presented live TV appeals on the BBC flagship show Crimewatch every month for 16 yrs.

After 25 years she retired from the Metropolitan Police Serious Crime Directorate with a passion to promote women’s safety issues. Read her advice below:
